The raw beet and sweet potato one is so colorful, and the grilled romaine with blue cheese and bacon…all I can say is that sounds so delicious! Ah, starving the babies! I do iron starvation for my bacteria and it takes 5 and a half hours – part of the time I need to prepare for the actual experiment (once they are starved), but there is always some extra waiting time, and I do profit to take care of my blog if I need to…. The joys of research 😉
