Hi Trisha! I don&#039;t usually use a thermometer to check the oil. I use my mother&#039;s old wives trick of throwing in a bit of flour or onions into the heated oil to see when it is ready. I would think 350 is HOT and if it has always worked for you, I would go with it :) Let me know how they turn out.]]></description>
