Hello! The recipe states it yields 12 cupcakes. However, in the instructions, it says to line two cupcake pans and the ingredient list seems like a 24 cupcake amount of items… does this recipe make only 12 regular size cupcakes? Thanks!!

The frosting looks so pretty piped on top of the cupcakes. I also like the different flavors that you used.
