Made these today!
I had to bake a bit longer because I used frozen blueberries as well as a couple of tbsps of coffee.
The house smells AMAZING!!!
Skipping the glaze as I feel there is enough sweetness with the topper.
I might add lemon zest to it next time, inside as well as in the topper crumble

In reply to Katie. Hi Katie, so glad to hear you love this recipe! Thank you :) And yes, you can use frozen blueberries. I usually toss them in a tablespoon of color to help them not sink in the batter.

I LOVE this recipe! I’ve made it a few times now and my coworkers can’t get enough. I was just wondering, would it be ok to use frozen blueberries? I had a friend give me a ton of fresh blueberries this summer and ended up freezing some and was hoping to use them in this recipe.

This recipe is AWESOME I made it for my husbands coffee group, shared with my Granddaughter and easily ate the rest myself!! The mixture is very thick and I followed the recipe and what a perfect batch of muffins. This Will be my go to muffin recipe. Lyn
