In reply to Zainab Mansaray. Ok. I have it figured out. I made two smaller loaves by using 1lb pans. Now we can enjoy one and freeze the other for another time. I baked them for 40 min

In reply to Tricia Fleming. I did notice the baking times are totally different if you print the recipe. That is a more accurate time for baking.

I made this recipe. VERY YUMMY. I too found that 45 min was not long enough baking time. I did 50 min,still not enough. I will make again. I’ll probably try 55 to 60 mins. My loaf sunk in the middle but didn’t stop us from enjoying it!

So 45 min in, and its Def not done. I would say 35 min un covered and 15 min covered at 350°F
