In reply to Annie. I would double the recipe so you have enough for the larger plan size. Also, be sure to adjust the baking time as it would take longer for the larger pan. Hope you enjoy!

I’ve made these lemon bars 4 times now and they are fabulous.

I was just wondering if you could do a little “figuring” and adjust it for a 13 x 9 inch pan?

In reply to Wendy. Hi Wendy, yes, I have been able to freeze these bars. Just let them thaw out in the refrigerator overnight before enjoying them. I hope you try this!

I would have loved to make this, but all the ads on the site completely covered the crust ingredients. I backed out and came back, tried to close the ads, and nothing.
