In reply to Julie. How big is the bundt pan? If you have a small (6-inch) bundt pan, you can bake the whole recipe in one. How ever if your pan is 10-inches or bigger, double the recipe. Hope that helps.

These mini bundt cakes are SO adorable for spring and Easter! I love how easy they are with the mix and the lemon and coconut combo is totally making my heart sing 🙂
