Hi there. Just made this recipe last night and before even letting it sit it tasted amazing. I just used what I had- vanilla extract and a bit of maple syrup and agave nectar to taste. I never had a chia pudding before this and I wouldn’t compare it to classic chocolate pudding, but my husband says it tastes just like tapioca. I’ve never had tapioca, but I like it a lot. The flavor is delicious and it’s a great use for chia seeds and canned coconut milk. I’d make this recipe again for sure. Maybe use less chia seeds next time to see if I like it better. I also want to try chocolate flavored.

This increased my milk supply for any breastfeeding moms out there looking for good recipes.

Angela, the coconut milk listed above was just enough to have a thick pudding consistency. But feel free to add more to make it less thick if that is what you like!

I made the pudding and it seems like there is way too much chia seeds the for amount of coconut milk as I have a harder dry solid mass instead of a pudding consistency.

Hi Anne! I have not tried this warm but I can't imagine why not. Heat it up after following the instructions listed above. You might want to add more milk before warming up.
