In reply to MEAGAN. I've frozen the dough before and they turned out great. I usually keep the dough in fridge overnight before rolling and covering in powdered sugar.

Chocolate crinkles are one of my favorite kinds of cookie at this time of year. Yours look even better than the original! I love that you added espresso!
