In reply to Sarah Jackson. Hi Sarah, I wouldn't adjust the recipe much, perhaps add about 1/3 cup more oats. The texture would be different but worth a try.

For my son’s diet, I can use only a liquid sweetener (maple syrup or honey). Do you have any ideas of how I might adjust this cookie recipe to work for him? Wondering if I should increase the oats.
