I’m so sorry that you still have snow….the weather is just crazy! This bright and sunny bundt cake would definitely make any weather feel like spring. You can’t beat lemon desserts!

I’m hoping these past few days AND this gorgeous spring bundt have managed to bring some warmer temps up there, Zainab! This is really such a gorgeous bundt! My daughter loves those lemon poppyseed muffins we get at bakeries but she is always complaining that one isn’t enough – she’d LOVE this bundt as she could have more than one slice! Happy Thursday!
