I am sorry to hear that Lori. It is really hard to be able to troubleshoot given I am not sure what step you could have missed. My guess is your heavy cream was not fully whipped and no stiff peaks formed. so the cheesecake bas was watery.

I made this cheesecake for a birthday. This was my third cheesecake and this recipe was exactly the same as my previous cheesecakes except for the strawberries. Super easy to make. I put in freezer for 4 hours per directions. When I served it the cheesecake was kind of watery. Did not really have a shape or consistency. Tasted great but not really cheesecake form. The leftovers were refrigerated but in the morning it basically was watery pudding. What did I do wrong??

The cheesecake was delicious but I would recommend baking the crust before putting the cheesecake mixture on it. I put the cheesecake in the freezer for 4 hours and then sliced a piece and returned it to the refrigerator. The next day the pan had liquid where the piece was missing, butter from the crust, same until cheesecake was finished. Thank you

The strawberry cheesecake part was great! The graham cracker crust was comically thick in my 9 inch pan even with pushing up the sides. Weird. Will def make again but half the crust part! Perfect summer treat - no oven, plus fresh strawberries!
