I baked these at 400 for 28 minutes at they were burnt. I live in Utah so it might be the altitude. I made another batch and baked them at 350 for 15-18 minutes and they were a golden brown.

Looks amazing but a quick question, during baking, do we heat it from the top or bottom? And do we keep it on the middle or top rack?

I made the rolls this weekend….was afraid some of the steps were crazy, but followed and had faith in the recipe and wow- what a delicious treat! thanks so much for sharing this.

In reply to Tep. There's no cinnamon. Cinnamon Roll is the general term for a roll like this. But you can add some cinnamon with the filling if you choose to :)
