Hi Zainab, I’ve been gifted some figs from a friend and this sounds absolutely lovely. Is there anyway you could add the recipe to this as the link to your friends site doesn’t appear to work anymore. Here’s hoping

I’m so jealous you found fresh figs! I have been trying to get my hands on them for months. Love this ice cream flavor, I know how good roasted strawberries are in ice cream so I bet it’s just as good with figs!

This sounds great!! I absolutely love figs and ice cream, so this is perfect for me! It isn’t actually vegan because of the honey, but that can easily be fixed by using something like agave nectar 🙂 🙂
