Hi Heidi – the bake time for me was about 12 minutes. However, I recognize we all have different ovens. Are you sure your oven temp inside is 350? I always keep an oven thermometer on the inside to ensure the temp is what it says it is. Also – depending if you are making regular sized muffins or jumbo, the baking time will be higher.

I think bake time is off. 12 minutes of baking isn’t nearly enough. These are in my 350° oven now and after 11 minutes, they are half done. Need probably 10 more minutes of baking.
