I love this salad . . and the dressing! I also did a dressing recipe for Pompeian for National Salad Month! I just saw this on Pinterest. . and oh my gawd, garnished with pistachios, raisins and gorgonzola cheese?! LOVE! it’s like all of my favorite things in one bowl!
