Yay, loved strawberry week! This fruit crumble looks mouthwatering! I adore strawberry and rhubarb together and am absolutely swooning over that coconut oatmeal crumble! This is the perfect recipe to end off the week 🙂

Sweet and tart is bomb. And I adore the rich colors of the reds and pinks with rhubarb and strawberries! This crumble was made for summer weekends and ice cream. Ugh, cue the faceplant 🙂
