-Almond Meal Flour -Confectioners Sugar -Lemon Zest -Egg White -Granulated Sugar -Cream of Tartar -Yellow Food Coloring -Lemon Extract -Vanilla Buttercream

Step 1

Using a food processor, pulse the powdered sugar, almond flour and zest into fine powder.

Step 2

In the bowl of an electric mixer with the whisk attachment, combine the egg whites, cream of tartar, and sugar.

Step 3

Whip on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.. Add the food coloring and lemon extract.
