In reply to Shannon. Hi Shannon, this recipe wasn't tested with butter so unfortunately, I can't tell you for sure how it would turn out. But from my experience with baking, I think you can. Just make sure you use equal amounts of melted butter to coconut oil. Let us know how it turns out so others can know too :)
