All-Purpose Flour Baking Powder Granulated Sugar Salt Unsalted Butter Thyme  Gruyere Heavy Cream Egg

Step 1

Whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Use your fingers or a pastry blender to cut the cold butter into the flour until crumbly.

Step 2

Mix the heavy cream and egg in a separate bowl then add to the flour and butter mixture.

Step 3

Mix until the dough just begins to come together then turn it out onto a lightly floured surface.
