I tried amaranth once and thought it tasted kind of like dirt. But yours looks amazing and I really want to like amaranth, so I’m heading over for the recipe to try it out.

I had a committee meeting last Friday and it is postulated that I may finish in May next year although one member in the group thinks it's impossible. But we meet in 6 months to reassess. The joys of having your life in the hands of 4 PhD members.
