I am sorry to hear that. The recipe does have some fat (whole milk) however I understand most waffle recipes include oil or another fat. Feel free to add in 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil into the batter the next time. I had no trouble with my waffle iron (as you can see from the pictures).

I used cooking spray but with no fat in the waffles themselves they stuck so bad I might have to just toss my waffle maker. Never had that issue with any other waffle recipe.
