Hi Macy, I am not a fan of fancy gadgets. Even though I have plenty, I am just too lazy lol. I do use my food processor normally for pie crust but depends if I feel like washing the parts or using elbow grease to cut the butter into the dough.

I love that your recipes don’t call for a lot of fancy gadgets. By “fancy” I mean a food processor lol. I actually still do not own one so I’m loving your by hand techniques using tools like pastry cutters for the crumb. I’ve just found I really can get by just fine without a lot of fancy gadgets. I’m really enjoying your classic cooking techniques besides your super neat recipes.
