Yes 🙂 any apple would work in my opinion but the texture will vary depending on the apples you choose.

Then figured out that as far as the handpie crust goes, I need more practice closing the pie itself. Tasty dough. Thanks to a situation that needed cleanup I found this recipe instead of chaos!
