					<description><![CDATA[Hi There!  I made this recipe, but I noticed that in the pie filling section you have an ingredient listed, but you don&#039;t mention where to use it.  I ended up leaving it out because I really wasn&#039;t sure what to do with it, and pies are not my standard baked good.  Would you be able to advise what to do with the 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces?  It&#039;s right above the egg yolk.  

Having said that - leaving it out, pie turned out just fine and was very delicious!  Thank you so much for sharing your recipe!]]></description>
