The dressing comes together quickly with just a few ingredients. It does have a vinegary tang, and the sweetness of the craisins offsets that nicely. The salad is versatile as well, easily allowing substitutions. I’ve made the salad even quicker by using both garlic and onion powder in the dressing instead of fresh garlic and shallot. A firm pear also works well. Thanks for sharing.
