I saw this recipe for Greek Chicken Souvlaki and I knew I had to make it…I have been craving Greek food and I just can’t seem to find the best Greek food in our town.
I made this recipe as written, and my goodness, it is fantastic! The herbs and seasonings are just right. I served them with warm pita, cucumber and tomato salad, hummus, and feta crumbles. We will be making these again and again.
