In reply to Cate @ Chez CateyLou. Hi zainab,i just babe the cake i used coconut milk mixed it wd two tbspoon full of yogurt instead of butter milk as i dont have coconut oil,,,,,it turned out great delicious and very light Thanks alot for sharing the recipe

My KA mixer is over 35 years old and still doing the job. Husband had to do a small rebuild on it but it is a workhorse. I never named it but I suppose I could come up with one in a pinch….
