I just ADORE all of these recipes! Can you please tell me the ingredients that you used to sprinkle on top of these chocolate Halloween Cupcakes (with the pumpkins on top)? Thank you so much! I'm going to make these for Thanksgiving, also. I LOVE THE COLORS!
