Thank you so much for your response. I want to let you know – I have tried several of your cake and cupcake recipes starting with lemon coconut one for Easter. They all turn out so good. Thank you once again for the wonderful recipes.

In reply to silpa pande. Hi Silpa! yes the buttercream will be fine, however if it is hot might start melting. So be sure to keep it under shade and observe! Good luck with your bake sale :)
