Hi Brittany, I am sorry to hear that. The mousse is not liquid at any state. The cream cheese + heavy cream when whipped will give you a thickened mousse. my guess is that you did not whip well at that stage or added more mango puree than recommended. Sorry again and hope you were able to salvage it.
