In reply to Nadine F.. Hi Nadine, that's definitely a way to do it and one I would suggest as you maximize the pineapple and mango flavor. You could also shake all the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain to serve over ice.

Hi! To make this on the rocks, would I have to blend fresh pineapple and fresh mango with the other ingredients, minus the ice, then pour the liquid mixture over ice in the cocktail shaker and shake?

We’re having Remy’s birthday party on cinco de mayo and i feel like that’s the BEST EXCUSE EVER to make a large batch of these margs. I mean, having to deal with my mother AND my in-laws all in one day. Maybe I won’t even share?

I don’t straw from red wine much except for the occasional mule, mojito or margarita! This cocktail would definitely make me stray…I love the pineapple and mango along with those savory flavors!
