Some ingredients are missing from the list according to the instructions. Is there lemon juice and lemon zest in the cake batter? Also it says to add vanilla in the cake batter but no amount is written on the list.

Hi Monica, you can use heavy cream however you will miss out on the coconut flavor. You can add coconut extract if you miss the coconut flavor.
