This cheesecake is gorgeous, Z! My husband is the cheesecake fan in our house but I don’t make them very often either. I totally need to change that with this one. Love the peppermint and white chocolate combo!

Haha – Zainab, I love your reasoning as to why you don’t make cheesecake often – kinda similar to mine – you see, I LOVE cheesecake (even though am lactose intolerant) AND my daughter LOVES cheesecake – so when one is made or brought into the house – things get ugly – there’s all this slicing and hiding and trying to out eat each other – which has us devouring way too much in way too short a time! And, seeing we both LOVE white chocolate and peppermint – I predict this lasting maybe one evening – if I hid some – maybe – one more morning – but thats a big maybe …and it’s only 2 of us at home! GAH!
