This was delicious! We only made the fish as I didn’t have peaches on hand, but it was delicious! Great balance of nutty-ness and cheesiness, loved this!.

This fish salad is sooooo super awesome!!!!!! I love that you used pistachio crumbs to bread the fish!!!! Oooohhhhhh how awesome that must taste!!!!!!! <3 And then combining them with the sweet and juicy peaches!!! Ahhhh drooooling! and pinning! 😀
