That’s very true and one of the reasons why I love scones. They are on their own not too sweet which is how I love most desserts.

I like how they absorb a lot of the sweetness of the maple glaze or any other topping so they don’t taste as sweet as a lot of other baked pastries, pumpkin flavor is nice too, thank you!
