Hi Maggie, sorry I am not sure what the texture of the cookie would be if you use all-purpose flour instead of almond flour. You could experiement but may not be worth it since I assume this is for the holidays! I&#039;d recommend looking for another shortbread cookie that doesn&#039;t use almond flour.]]></description>
