I worked in collaboration with the team at krusteaz who even tested the recipe on their end. I will retry it with the current marketed box mixes to see if the ratios no longer align. 					<description><![CDATA[Update. Baked for 1 hr 17 minutes. It is cooked. Not pound cake texture. Too much liquid called for. It is only about 1 1/2” high. Pathetic. Should have known better to make this for company before trying out.  Going out to buy a pound cake. ]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Way too much liquid. Instructions on box call for 3/4 cup water and this recipe says to add 1 1/4 cup liquid. I am making this now and it has been cooking for over 57 minutes at 350. It is now covered with foil and cooking for another 10 minutes. Maybe use the amount of liquid called for on box. Smells good but not sure it will be texture of a pound cake.  May fall apart when cut. Disappointing. ]]></description>
