Apple Hand Pies

Happy Monday!

It’s officially Fall friends and the air has changed. It’s crisp, cool and the trees are just starting to change color. Which of course means it is APPLE SEASON in New York. We went apple picking this weekend to celebrate the start of the season and stock up on my favorite apples for the next few weeks. These apple hand pies were the first treats to come out of my kitchen after apple picking. They are perfect for the season and a great way to welcome everything fall.
