I havent tried freezing them but usually if you wrap them well in airtight or ziplock bags, they should keep well.

I just can’t understand why so many baking bloggers don’t bother. Like myself there is a large number of home bakers that have made the switch and will never go back. Using a scale is WAY easier and consistently accurate. Anyone using measuring cups HAS to try it to realize how much better it is.
