Hi Colleen!! Thanks for stopping by.I loved those classes myself. I never ended up taking the 4th one but the instructor gave me the book (shhhh) and I bought the kit so I taught myself most of it. I have taken the first 3 courses of the wilton class as well and currently doing course 4. This course is advanced fondant and gum paste so much fun. I will let you know how it goes with the recipe.
