Graham Cracker Crumbs Melted Butter Granulated Sugar Lemon Zest and Juice Cream Cheese All-Purpose Flour Heavy Cream Kosher Salt Vanilla Extract Lemon Extract Eggs

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into springform pan and bake.

Step 2

Combine the sugar and lemon zest. Mix the zest into the sugar until fragrant and oils of zest comes out.

Step 3

Add in the cream cheese and beat on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 -3 minutes.
