Hi Pancho, it would be hard to troubleshoot why it didn&#039;t work for you without many details. It would be very hard for a mousse to be liquidy if you whipped the heavy cream to stiff peaks. The melted and cooled Chocolate will be folded in however if you didn&#039;t cool the melted chocolate, it could liquify the whipped cream. I&#039;m sorry I can&#039;t pinpoint the issue without more details.]]></description>
