I think every winter I forget that it is when citrus fruits come into season. What a perfect recipe to use these luscious fruits. P.s. thank you for the note on converting to cake. cupcake/muffin pan just 1 more item I need to purchase. I've now started looking at bakeware sets...apparently there are others out there like me that are behind in their purchases
