Hey guys. I did not abandon you, it’s just been busy with school, work, and graduation ceremonies. Luckily, I have the best blogging friends who stepped in to share some delicious recipes with you while I survive being a student. Today, the lovely Amy from Club Narwhal is here with her ever-so-always-drool-worthy desserts (or breakfast?). Hello Oreo Cinnamon Rolls!

You have met my friend Amy before, she was here a few months ago sharing these lemon sugar cookies with marbled royal icing as we did a blog swap inspired by our favorites heels. Ahem…she is a shoe addict too and one of the many reasons I heart her. Here’s Amy:

Cinnamon rolls get dressed up in buttery sweet dough and Oreo cheesecake filling. Top with a dollop of cream cheese Oreo frosting. These oreo cinnamon rolls have all the workings of regular cinnamon rolls but are swirled with incredible and decadent Oreo cheesecake filling.

Golden Oreos are crushed and stuffed into a creamy homemade funfetti ice cream for the perfect spring into summer treat! This Golden Oreos ice cream will become a family favorite in no time.

Got some golden Oreos lying around? Silly question I know but I got a great use for those odd ones you didn’t get to. (Leftover cookies don’t exist in my house, just saying.) But if you happen to have self-discipline, let’s crush up your golden Oreos and stuff them in some creamy homemade funfetti ice cream. Creamy homemade vanilla bean ice cream is spiked with baileys Irish cream and filled with crunchy mint Oreo chocolate cookies for a delightful treat.

Happy Friday!! I made homemade ice cream!! First time ever and I think I am in HUGE trouble. Who starts with Baileys Mint Oreo Ice Cream? This girl. And now that I know that homemade ice cream is creamy, smooth and delicious and so much better than what you buy at the store, I am not sure I can ever go back. I am hooked and I can’t help but think of all the endless combinations of flavors that can be made. Be warned people. It’s going to get frozen around here!!
