Oh hey, it’s Friday and we are having some cupcakes!! We started the week with a slice of white chocolate pomegranate cake and now we are ending the week with some peppermint mocha cupcakes.

You guys, I love the holidays!! It’s the only time of the year you can enjoy so many great flavors and my absolute favorite of course is peppermint. I think it should be illegal to not sell peppermint things year-round (just saying).

Anyway, I digress.

Peppermint mocha cupcakes are a holiday classic over here, as I confessed a few posts ago.

These cupcakes (or some form of it) have always been on my menu during the holidays since Naomi shared them.

‘Tis the season for all things peppermint, and I am loving it! One of my favorite drinks during the season is a Peppermint Mocha Cocktail, and I like to mix those flavors into as many delectable desserts as I can.

This Peppermint Mocha Pie is my latest and greatest! I love that it’s no-bake because that means I have more room in the oven for things like Christmas cookies, cheesecakes, or even dinner.

When you think of Christmas treats, what is the first flavor that comes to mind? Peppermint for me! It is one of my favorite holiday season flavors and I try to enjoy it as much as possible when the time comes around. This peppermint cheesecake is a holiday staple and I make it every year to accompany our Christmas dinner. It is also great with my peppermint hot cocoa and it makes any snowy day better.

Hi friends! How are you all doing? We are somehow deep in December and I am floating in all things peppermint and gingerbread. Today’s no-bake peppermint white chocolate pie is an ode to one of my favorite flavor combinations. 

A no-bake pie is always a good idea in my books. It is light, whipped, creamy, and just so good. I love them so much and have a few favorites here on the blog already. This Peanut Butter S’mores one for the summer, a rich white chocolate one, and a peanut butter chocolate one as well.

There is nothing better than a warm mug of hot chocolate on a cold winter day. Except maybe a warm mug of hot chocolate topped with homemade marshmallows! I love making my own marshmallows because you can customize the flavors.

Some of my favorites are these Cardamom Marshmallows and these Honey Lavender Marshmallows! You can even cut them into fun shapes using cookie cutters!
