Those salads look wonderful! The raw beet and sweet potato one is so colorful, and the grilled romaine with blue cheese and bacon…all I can say is that sounds so delicious! I start craving salads in the spring so I am always looking for new recipes!

For the longest time I couldn’t eat salad with all of the cold weather. They just are not appealing in the winter. Now that it is finally warmer. Salads here I come!

Thanks Sally! And yes I am in lab as we speak lol! Had to do a serum starvation experiment for 4 hours but it’s not too bad as I can catch up on blogging while I wait before I lyse my cells. Hope you had a great weekend π
Ah, starving the babies! I do iron starvation for my bacteria and it takes 5 and a half hours – part of the time I need to prepare for the actual experiment (once they are starved), but there is always some extra waiting time, and I do profit to take care of my blog if I need to…. The joys of research π
