Mixed Berry-Pineapple Smoothie
Start your day with this filling mixed berry-pineapple smoothie! With berries, pineapple, coconut and spinach, it is packed with good-for-you nutrients!
I had to make you a smoothie!! A healthy mixed berry-pineapple smoothie for a healthy start to the New Year.
To be honest, I am a smoothie junkie. Can I say that? Whoops! But seriously I am. I have broken a blender on my smoothie addiction. I make and drink smoothies all year round. I don’t care if it’s cold (oh baby, it’s cold outside right now), hot, perfect or steamy. I love me a glass of smoothie. And it is always fruity.
I was late to the addition of greens (kale, spinach, lettuce etc) to my smoothies but I started coming around a few months ago when I realized they can be delicious (and packed with lots of vitamins!!). This mixed berry-pineapple smmothie is one of my favorite ways to sneak in some greens into my morning drink (and trick Mr J in the process too). With 2 cups of spinach hiding in there, the tropical flavors of pineapple and coconut steal the show and make this smoothie a cup of bliss!
I’m sharing the recipe for this mixed berry-pineapple smoothie over on Delish Dish, the Better Homes & Garden blog. Come check out the recipe and share some of your favorite add-ins to smoothies. How do you sneak in some veggies and greens?

love smoothies, but i have to admit, i never use any greens in mine.
I love fruity smoothies best, and this is a green smoothie without being green! Even better, and love this flavor combination!
I drink smoothies year round, too, and even though it’s freezing right now, I’m totally craving one – this one in particular!
Love the color of this! And I love hiding greens in my smoothies, too! It makes me feel like I’m winning at life so early in the morning!
My mouth is watering!!!! Love the cherries and the peanut butter – it’s like a healthy PB & J!!
Thanks Liz!!
Wow this looks amazing! I am a big smoothly fan as well. I think could trick my husband into drinking this one as well. Have you ever added protein powder to your smoothies? Thats my favorite right now!
Keia
You definitely can trick him! I have not tried protein powders yet…I’ve been trying to include more proteins in my smoothies but so far just chia seeds, almond butter etc. Will try the powder 😉
What a beautiful colour for this smoothie, it has such healthy and fresh ingredients!
I want to make this for breakfast soon!
Cheers

Love this green smoothie that’s not even green! I’m not a big veggie lover so this is perfect for me!
I am too! Thanks Ashley!
Yum! I can’t believe there is spinach in there! The color doesn’t show – beautiful!
Thanks Sarah!!

This looks amazing!! I need to put greek yogurt in my smoothies more. I bet it really helps with the consistency.
I love having greek yogurt in my smoothies. Always makes it creamier!
