Hello Zainab! Stopping by via #SITSBlogging today. Read your About page and you are certainly an interesting blogger with diverse talents! Love your wedding photo. You make a stunning couple. I agree about the weather going on. It is ridiculous. I live in Western Canada and we’re supposed to get the snow but it is pretty nice and warm for winter right now. This recipe looks divine. Pinning!
Thank you Thea for stopping by and the sweet comment ๐ I can’t imagine living that far north how cold it gets for you. Hope you enjoyed the weekend of milder weather ๐
That picture looks so yummy! I love the little sliced strawberry on top – perfect touch.
Thanks Tonia!
I seriously just want an entire bowl of those strawberries right now. They sound so good!
The strawberries were the bets part and I sure did eat a whole bowl ๐

Light cheesecake?? I’m so in!
This one looks utterly delicious, and it makes me wish I had like seven pieces of it in front of me right now. Girrrrrrl, it looks so good! ;–)
Happy Friday!
I knew you would love this. You are a cheesecake lover ๐
You had me at ginger! These are perfectly irresistible!
Thanks Tanya!!
Happy Valentine’s day! The cheesecake looks delicious … really like the idea of serving it in cute squares like that and ginger and lime … mmm, different but sounds wonderful! I often start a cheesecake off with a ginger-based crumb and it goes so well!
Thank you very much Helen! The squares makes me feel less guilty of having two :0
This is beautiful! I cannot believe it is no bake. You have got such a good feel for what spices go with foods – gingered lime strawberries? I want a bowl full; they sound beyond delicious!
Thank you Mary!! The ginger and citrus were amazing with the berries and I was pleasantly surprised!! You will seriously just eat the entire bowl. If you are not a fan of ginger, it may take a few tries to grown on you as it did my husband but I love ginger so I was in love immediately!
Oh, I love ginger and lime together…and I love cheesecake. So this is a dessert right up my alley!
Thanks David!! I have a slight lime obsession that is slowly coming back after my summer therapy.
This sounds like one amazing flavor combination, Zainab! YUM. ๐
Thanks Marcie!!
I am so intrigued by the touch of ginger. I don’t think I’ve ever tried that specific combination before. Way to keep it interesting!
Thanks Wendy!! Yeah ginger helps keep things interesting sometimes ๐
