Game Day Charcuterie Board

Are you looking for the perfect snack board to enjoy during game days? This Game Day Charcuterie Board has not just one cheesy dip but two bursting with flavor! And it is just in time for the Super Bowl.

Enjoy dipping some pretzel bites and tortilla chips into homemade queso dip and beer cheddar cheese dip. These dips are made with my favorite seriously sharp cheddar cheese from  Cabot Cheese.

I have used their products to make Chili Oil Pull Apart Bread, Grilled BBQ Chicken Pizza, and Stove Pot Mac & Cheese, all of which would be perfect for serving with this snack board during the Super Bowl.

And if you’ve been around here, you know they are my favorite brand for the best-tasting cheese. Cabot Creamery is a co-operative of dairy farm families — and a B Corp — creating award-winning cheese and dairy products. Grab a Cabot product next time you are out grocery shopping. You will thank me later!

Let’s talk about these dips. Both of these dips are full of cheddar cheese flavor. The homemade queso dip is packed with yellow onion, jalapeño pepper, fresh tomato, green chilies, and some garlic. If you haven’t tried making queso before, it is easy, and everyone will love it.

The beer cheddar cheese dip is made with beer and sharp cheddar cheese, inspired by a recent cheese box Cabot Creamery sent me. The pairing is delicious and the ultimate dip for dipping pretzel bites. Good luck having any leftovers when you serve this.

These dips would also be great for serving on movie nights, at parties, or when you crave a cheesy dip.

How to Store the Dips

If you have leftover dip, store the dip in airtight containers in your refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat the dips in a saucepan, whisking until warmed through. You can add some extra milk or half & half to thin the dip if it is too thick.
